We are required by law to collect sales tax in states where we have nexus (a tax connection), in accordance with both state and federal regulations.
Sales Tax Collection
• We collect and remit sales tax in Texas and any other U.S. states where required by law.
• Tax rates are based on the shipping address provided at checkout and may vary by state, county, or city.
• If your order is being shipped to a state where we do not collect sales tax, you may be responsible for paying a use tax to your local taxing authority.
Marketplace Facilitator Rules
• If a third-party platform (e.g., eBay, Amazon) is used for the transaction, that platform may collect and remit sales tax on our behalf in certain states, in compliance with Marketplace Facilitator Laws.
Tax-Exempt Purchases
• If you are a tax-exempt entity, you must provide a valid resale certificate or exemption documentation prior to purchase.
• Approved tax-exempt accounts must be verified and set up in advance. We are unable to refund tax after the order has been processed if no valid exemption documentation was submitted.
Responsibility of the Buyer
• You agree that it is your responsibility to determine and pay any use taxes that may apply to your purchase in states where we do not collect sales tax.
• Failure to comply with applicable tax laws may result in penalties imposed by your state or local jurisdiction.
