Pull Tested & Complies with SAE J386. Important! Many aftermarket seat suppliers do not pull test and validate their scraper seats. IRON HORSE Scraper Seats are engineered for scraper applications. Our scraper seats are pulled to a 3740 lb. load with tethers as required by the SAE J386 standard. To prove the standalone strength of our design, we then remove the tethers and repull the seat to the same 3740 lbs. and re-pass the test. You can have confidence that our seats are up to the challenge. We don’t simply add a bracket and call it a scraper seat.
